3. User Responsibilities & Academic Integrity

You agree to use Abstractly AI responsibly. Specifically:

• No Plagiarism: You must not present AI-generated content as your own original work without appropriate attribution or review.
• Verification: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any content, data, or citations generated by the AI.
• Compliance: You must comply with your institution's academic integrity policies regarding the use of AI tools.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment and Refunds

Paid services are billed in advance. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion, typically only in cases of technical failure preventing service delivery. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abstractly AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activity or abuse of the AI generation system.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the site.
